About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the centre. You will drive team performance, maintain compliance, and ensure a high-quality educational environment for children, families, and staff.
This is a full-time position with flexibility to work across 4â5 days per week, including the option to work from home one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 13 educators
- Oversee daily centre operations, compliance, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Maintain high occupancy and support ongoing enrolments
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
About You
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ECT qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director (essential)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Confident, organised, and passionate about early childhood education
